1Applicability of General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the bdt gem platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the bdt gem website, mobile application, and all associated services.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts shall apply. bdt gem reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — however, members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

2Account Registration & Management

The following requirements must be met to open an account on bdt gem:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to another person's mobile banking number.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bdt gem may request a copy of your national ID or passport. This information is used solely to confirm your identity.

3Betting Rules & Conditions

The following general rules apply when placing bets on bdt gem:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out feature may be used if available.
• Bets placed after a match has started are governed by Live Betting rules.
• Bdt gem reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of technical errors or incorrect odds.
• If a match is abandoned or does not take place, the bet amount will be refunded.
• For bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error, the corrected odds will apply.

4Payment & Financial Transactions Policy

6Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account or personal information.
• Any activity that could damage the bdt gem brand or reputation.

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bdt gem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

If an inactive account holds a balance, it will be returned upon member request, though an administration charge may apply.
